Fleur Ateljee was created from a love for meaningful jewellery, sentimental keepsakes, and the little details that tell a much bigger story.
The name Fleur means flower — a nod to beauty, softness, colour, and the way something small can hold so much meaning.
Ateljee is the Afrikaans word for atelier: a creative studio where ideas, details, and personal pieces are thoughtfully brought together.

While our stainless steel jewellery is not manufactured in our studio, the heart of the personalisation happens here.
Every engraved piece is designed and engraved by me in our Piketberg studio. From carefully creating each engraving layout to adding names, dates, initials, handwriting, and meaningful messages, every design is thoughtfully prepared to ensure it feels personal and unique. Our charmed pieces are also assembled by hand, with birthstones, pearls, symbols, and special details chosen to tell your story.

A Note from the Founder
Fleur Ateljee is deeply personal to me.
I have always been drawn to jewellery that tells a story — pieces passed down through generations, gifts given to mark life's special moments, and keepsakes that remind us of people, places, and memories we never want to forget.
Before starting Fleur Ateljee, I spent more than a decade as a wedding photographer. Through my work, I had the privilege of documenting some of life's most meaningful moments — celebrations, milestones, family connections, and the small details that often hold the deepest meaning. That experience nurtured my appreciation for sentiment, storytelling, and the memories we carry with us.
That love for meaningful details, combined with my creative background and eye for design, became the foundation of Fleur Ateljee.
As a mother, I understand how special it is to carry a piece of your story with you. Names, dates, birthstones, flowers, and tiny symbols may seem small, but they often represent the people and moments closest to our hearts.
