Shipping & Delivery

Here's what to expect once you've placed your order. How long it takes, how it's delivered, and how to get in touch if you need help.

Processing Time

We offer both custom engraved and ready-to-ship pieces.

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Custom engraved pieces are made to order and dispatched within 2–5 working days during off-peak periods.

Orders are processed in the order they’re received. During busy seasons or launches, processing times may be slightly longer but we’ll always do our best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Collection Options

Upon checkout you will be presented with two options to receive your Fleur Ateljee purchase: Local Pick Up or Flat Rate Shipping (Courier).

Shipping Rates

A flat rate of R99 will be charged per consignment shipped. Orders over R800 will be free.

Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable in the case of exchanges/returns. Please read more about exchanges/returns.

Shipping Address

Please double check you have entered the correct shipping address. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels due to customers incorrectly entering their address.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from our studio in Piketberg.

Please ONLY collect your parcel if we have informed you that your parcel is ready for collection. Once you have received the confirmation email, please have your online order number (sent to via email upon placing your online order) ready for studio collection.

Please note that without your online order number you will not be eligible to collect your purchase.

Once collected, you will receive an email stating that your parcel was successfully collected.
