Personalising Your Pendant
Can I order a pendant only?
Yes, our pendants can be ordered on their own without a chain.
If you would like your pendant attached to a necklace or bracelet, simply add the chain or bracelet to your order and leave a note in the special instructions box requesting that we attach the pendant for you.
What can I have engraved on my pendant?
Most of our pendants can be engraved with names, initials, dates, coordinates, short messages & birth flowers.
We also offer the option of handwritten notes, children's drawings, and other custom illustrations on request. You are welcome to get in touch before placing your order.
The available engraving options may vary depending on the pendant style and size.
What type of engraving do you use?
All Fleur Ateljee pieces are engraved using precision laser engraving.
This creates a detailed, long-lasting engraving designed to withstand everyday wear.
It also allows us to reproduce fine details such as handwriting, illustrations, fingerprints, and birth flower designs.
How much text can fit on a pendant?
The amount of text depends on the pendant you choose. Smaller pendants are best suited to initials, names, dates, and short phrases, while larger pendants offer more space for longer messages.
The maximum character limit for each pendant is shown on the product page.

Will I receive a design proof before my pendant is engraved?
To keep orders moving through the studio as quickly as possible, we do not send design proofs as standard.
However, if we have any concerns about the layout or readability of your engraving, we'll contact you before production begins.
How long will my order take?
As each engraved piece is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created and dispatched.
During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Can engraved jewellery be returned or refunded?
Because each engraved piece is personalised specifically for you, engraved jewellery cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind.
However, if there is an error on our side or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.
