Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
Build Your Own Story
Which bracelets and necklaces can charms be added to?
Charms can be added to most of our bracelets and necklaces. While some pieces are specifically designed with charm collecting in mind, many of our chains can also be personalised with meaningful additions. If you're unsure whether a particular piece is suitable for charms, feel free to send us a message and we'll be happy to help.
Will my piece come with the charms attached, or should I attach them myself?
If a necklace or bracelet is included in your order, your charms will arrive attached and ready to wear. We carefully assemble each piece in the studio to ensure your charms are beautifully balanced and positioned.
If you would like your charms attached in a specific order, simply leave a note in the Special Instructions box during checkout and we'll do our best to arrange them accordingly.
Prefer to attach the charms yourself? No problem at all. Just let us know in the Special Instructions box and we'll package your charms separately.
Can I order more charms later?
Absolutely. Building your charm collection over time is part of the fun. Many customers start with a few meaningful charms and add to their piece as life unfolds. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, welcoming a new family member, or simply falling in love with another charm, you're always welcome to add more later.
If you'd like us to attach your new charms, simply ship your bracelet or necklace back to the studio and we'll happily add them for you. If you prefer to do it yourself, that's perfectly fine too
How many charms should I include?
There is no right or wrong answer—it really comes down to the look you love.
For a delicate, minimal style, 1–3 charms often work beautifully. For a fuller, more collected look, 5–10 charms create a lovely statement.
If you're creating a charm necklace, we generally recommend starting with an odd number of charms as this often creates the most balanced look.
Not sure which charms to choose?
